I have had the very best dental care from Dr. Kaplan and his team. They are extremely professional as well as friendly and caring. Dr. Kaplan is up on the latest technology and procedures and also very supportive. I greatly appreciate Dawn as a dental assistant - she explains everything and has a calming effect when I am in the chair. Thanks for great service!

When we were newlyweds and flat broke, my wife and I depended on a free dental clinic for care. I needed significant periodontal work, which was done expertly by a rock-star dentist who went on to become the dean of the Case Western Reserve University Dental School. Since then, I've held every dentist who has cared for me to the high standards I've set based on that first experience. Some practitioners have made the grade, some have not. Drs. Kaplan and Vickery at Village Dental have, by consistently meeting or exceeding my admittedly subjective criteria (I keep the bar high) each and every time and for each and every procedure. That's why I've remained a patient for more than 20 years. No less important, to me, is the friendliness and professional courtesy on display among the staff. You just know they know what they are doing. BTW: This is a real review and is not dependent on remuneration or familial or other relationships. Honest. Keep smiling. I will.
